These Terms of Service govern your use of georgehabibeh.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

About this website

This website provides information about George Habibeh Couture, including custom bridal couture, custom evening couture, available-to-purchase pieces and appointment bookings. The live website is not currently an online retail store.

Enquiries, availability and quotes

Website content, starting prices, availability and indicative timelines are general information only and may change. A couture booking or order is not confirmed until George Habibeh Couture accepts it and the client completes the required agreement and payment. Any written client agreement or confirmed quote will govern that engagement and will take priority if it differs from these website terms.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. Couture consultations are AUD $100 and non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and event information when booking. Appointment scheduling is provided through Acuity Scheduling and may also be subject to that provider’s terms.

Couture services

Custom work is individually designed and priced according to the agreed design, materials, construction, embellishment and workmanship. Timelines and fitting requirements may vary by project. Specific payment, fitting, alteration, collection, cancellation and other service terms are provided in the relevant client agreement.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos and other website content are owned by or licensed to George Habibeh Couture. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code or use the website for an unlawful purpose.

Third-party services and links
